Do NOT Proceed if Immediate DMV Clearance is Needed
For immediate (overnight) clearance, payment must be made at our Tax Office
(653 East Street, Middletown, CT) with either CASH or MONEY ORDER
Online payments may take up to one (1) week to clear DMV
Point & Pay charges taxpayers a convenience fee for processing online payments as follows:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express: 2.5% of the total, with a $2.00 minimum
Visa or MasterCard debit card: $3.50 flat fee
E-check (ACH payment) - $2.00 flat fee (a $20.00 fee will be assessed for a returned E-check)
